Rules written before the song.

The full whitepaper is being written from the spec. Its spine is already fixed: five rules, one for each trial of the voyage. Draft: the numbers can still change before launch.

1. I The Sirens Rules fixed before the launch hour. Launch tax 90% halving every 4 minutes to 2% buy and 3% sell; split 70 Reserve, 15 liquidity, 15 team, fixed forever; all source published at deploy.
2. II Nobody Leave on your own terms. Exit fee from 2% to a 60% cap, rising only with what exited in the last week; half retired, half streamed to the branches that stay.
3. III The loom Credit, branches, licenses. Each branch earns credit per second; a license every 12 hours by falling-price auction adds a branch, up to 10 per charter; spent credit is retired.
4. IV The bow 500 charters, one launch night. A 2-hour whitelist at 2 HYPE, then a 30-minute Dutch auction from 12 to 2 HYPE; the exact price back if fewer than 250 sell or genesis slips past 24 hours.
5. V Elysium A Reserve that only buys and burns. Funded by 35% of the sale and 70% of every tax; the backing per token is readable on chain at any second.
