IThe Sirens

Write the rules before the song starts.

Odysseus knew the Sirens would sing, so he was tied to the mast before the first note. The loudest hour of a launch is the first one, so ours is written down first.

Every trade pays a tax in HYPE: 90% at the first second, halving every four minutes down to 2% on buys and 3% on sells. 70% goes to the Reserve, 15% deepens protocol-owned liquidity, 15% goes to the team, fixed forever. All source is published at deploy.

Leave the cave on your own terms.

Odysseus walked out of the Cyclops’ cave under a ram, when he chose. You leave the same way: exit your branches and their credit is minted as tokens, or sell the charter with the credit inside.

The exit fee starts at 2% and climbs toward a 60% cap only when many leave in the same week. Half of every fee is retired, half is paid out to the branches that stay.

IIIThe loom

Weave by day. Unpick by night.

Every charter starts with one branch, and from genesis every branch weaves credit each second. Credit buys licenses in a falling-price auction every 12 hours: one more branch each, up to ten.

The credit you spend on a license is unpicked for good, retired and never minted. Patience compounds here; a rush to the door pays the exit fee.

IVThe bow

Five hundred charters. One night to string them.

The suitors had a whole day and could not bend the bow. You get one launch night: a two-hour whitelist at 2 HYPE, then a 30-minute Dutch auction from 12 down to 2 HYPE.

If fewer than 250 charters sell, or genesis does not happen within a day, every buyer gets the exact price back. A charter is an NFT: hold it, transfer it or sell it, credit included.

Elysium

Where the wind is always west.

At genesis the pool opens on Elysium, the sale’s HYPE funds the Reserve and the protocol-owned liquidity, and credit starts to flow. From then on the Reserve only buys the token and burns it, and the backing per token is readable on chain at any second.
